Professional Tenancies

One reference will be required for every person aged 18 years or over, to be named on the tenancy agreement. £26.40 incl VAT

Contract and administration charges for professional rentals will be as follows:

• Properties up to £999 pcm - £120 including VAT
• From £1000 to £1499 pcm - £170 including VAT
• From £1500 to £1999 pcm - £220 including VAT

Additional tenants requiring a reference check will be £20 including VAT per person. One reference will be required for every person aged 18 years or over to be named on the tenancy agreement.
